HR Transformation Project Manager
The mission of the HR Transformation Project Manager is to lead and manage the successful implementation and optimization of the Workday suite across the organization. The role ensures alignment with the HR strategy, compliance requirements, best practices, and business objectives, while driving stakeholder engagement and adoption.
What will you do?
- Map, analyze, and challenge HR processes to identify optimization opportunities through Workday.
- Propose, prioritize, and implement functional or organizational improvements leveraging Workday capabilities.
- Formalize business requirements and prepare functional specifications for technical teams.
- Lead the rollout of Workday and other HRIS modules in line with project plans, priorities, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and validate user acceptance testing and ensure high-quality functional deliverables.
- Act as HR’s representative in Workday steering and decision-making committees.
- Ensure data integrity, proper documentation, and accurate reporting for stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, manage change, and support Workday adoption across the organization.
- Develop communication and training materials; deliver sessions for HR teams and end-users.
- Monitor Workday updates, recommend enhancements, and identify automation and optimization opportunities.
Who you are?
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have minimum 5 years of proven experience with Workday (implementation or optimization projects) and HR department transformation.
- You have strong knowledge of HR processes such as Recruitment, Payroll, Talent Management, and Compensation.
- You have strong skills in change management, workshop facilitation, and training.
- You have excellent stakeholder-management and communication abilities.
- You have an analytical mindset, with rigor and a results-oriented approach.
- You are able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- You are fluent in French and at ease in English.
