Job Description
• Administrative management of a mixed property portfolio;
• Relations with tenants and owners regarding rental and tenancy law matters;
• Tenant search, maintenance of waiting lists;
• Preparation of various lease contracts, amendments, official notifications, correspondence;
• Preparation of various calculations for possible increases and decreases (indexation, additional landlord services, permissible yield, etc.) under the supervision of the manager;
• Management and processing of routine, ordinary and extraordinary terminations;
• Management and handling of all disputes (rent disputes, defects in the rented property, etc.) in collaboration with and under the supervision of the manager;
• Representation of the owner before the CCBL together with the manager;
• Monthly analysis of leases and vacancies;
• Establishment of target rents and rental strategy for the properties (type of contract, duration, etc.);
• Marketing of properties (rental) under the supervision of the steering department and/or the manager;
• Keeping various reports related to the function;
• Participation in owners' meetings.
Profile Sought
Experience and training:
• Commercial Federal VET Diploma or equivalent;
• USPI/APGCI training, an advantage;
• Federal real estate manager certificate, an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in an equivalent position;
• Mastery of tenancy law and Quorum software;
• English, an advantage
Required qualities:
• Organisational and writing skills;
• Sociability, helpfulness, team spirit, positive attitude and interpersonal skills;
• Adaptability, stress resistance, priority management and versatility;
• Responsiveness, rigour, precision and autonomy;
• Proficiency in IT tools (Office, Quorum, Garaio Rem)
