As part of the development of one of our client's activities, we are looking for an experienced Heating Project Manager to ensure the management and monitoring of projects in the Lausanne region.
Heating Installer (M/F)
- Study, plan and manage heating installation projects.
- Ensure the technical, administrative and financial monitoring of construction sites.
- Prepare offers, bids, quotes and measurements.
- Coordinate assembly teams, suppliers and various stakeholders.
- Organise and monitor the progress of work until the installations are handed over.
- Participate in site meetings and maintain contact with clients, architects and design offices.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, standards and quality requirements.
- Identify suitable technical solutions and monitor changes during the project.
- Technical training in heating / building technology.
- Federal certificate, federal diploma, ES technician diploma or equivalent training, an advantage.
- Proven experience in managing heating projects in Switzerland.
- Excellent technical knowledge of heating installations.
- Good command of IT tools and common industry software.
- Autonomous, organised and rigorous person, with a good sense of responsibility.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Category B driving licence.
