Scheduler (M/F) – 100%
For our Accès Personnel Lausanne branch, we are looking for a Medical Staff Scheduler (M/F) at 100%.
Under the responsibility of the Branch Manager, you ensure the planning and placement of temporary medical staff. You coordinate the needs of our clients with the availability and skills of our temporary employees, to guarantee a responsive and quality service.
Your tasks:
- Keep the availability of temporary employees up to date
- Coordinate client needs with available profiles
- Establish and monitor schedules, hours and replacements
- Manage unforeseen events and quickly find suitable solutions
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify profiles matching the assignments to be filled
- Ensure regular follow-up with clients and temporary employees
- Provide and check the elements necessary for salary payment and invoicing
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal practices and processes
Your profile:
- You have initial experience in planning, coordination or human resources management, ideally in the medical sector
- You possess very good organisational skills and know how to manage priorities effectively
- You appreciate dynamic environments and can demonstrate responsiveness to unforeseen events
- You are recognised for your sense of service, interpersonal ease and social skills
- Versatile, flexible and rigorous, you can manage several tasks simultaneously
- You have perfect command of French, both spoken and written
- You are comfortable with common IT tools, especially MS Office
- Knowledge of Swiss labour law, the LSE and collective agreements applicable to service leasing is an asset
