Main duties:
- Ensure the delegated services while respecting the care objectives of the monitored situations;
- Provide basic care, hygiene, comfort and prevention.
- Support residents in daily life activities and respond to their individual needs, in line with the personalised care plan.
- Collect and transmit observations related to situations to ensure comprehensive resident care;
- Collaborate interdisciplinarily with colleagues and other services of the institution, respecting the organisation and established care objectives.
Required skills:
- Red Cross Health Auxiliary certificate or Red Cross recognition, HévivA training certificate or nursing assistant diploma;
- Fluency and ease in French, both spoken and written;
- FAP training, an asset;
- Training in "autonomous medication distribution in EMS", an asset;
- Good knowledge of IT tools (Outlook, DRI, MobiDIR);
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Adaptability, ability to manage stress and sense of responsibility;
- Interest in working in an interdisciplinary team.
