To complete our team, we are looking for a:
Group IT Manager (M/F)
Responsibilities
Team management and department leadership
- You supervise, lead, motivate and develop the IT team consisting of 4 people.
- You organise and plan the department's activities, allocate tasks and coordinate the on-call service schedule.
- You participate in recruitment, conduct performance reviews and support the skills development of your team members.
- You prepare, propose and monitor the IT budget, both for investments and operating expenses.
- You define the department's objectives and indicators and provide regular reporting to Management.
- You write and keep up to date procedures, technical documentation and inventories.
Daily operations and support
- You ensure the daily proper functioning of IT infrastructures: servers, network, workstations, telephony, smartphones and tablets, client and staff Wi-Fi as well as printing systems.
- You actively participate in supporting employees and, where applicable, clients.
- You manage incidents, requests and changes following a structured ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) approach.
- You administer the main business applications: PMS, POS/cash registers, reservation systems, spa, electronic locks and keys, payment systems and messaging.
- You manage user accounts, access and rights, especially during employee arrivals and departures.
- You provide significant support to the Security department, notably in video surveillance, access control and parking management.
On-call / standby service
- You ensure and coordinate an on-call service guaranteeing 24/7 operational continuity, essential for hotel operations.
- You intervene in emergencies, on-site or remotely, within agreed timeframes.
- You document interventions and ensure their follow-up.
Information security and compliance
- You define, implement and maintain the cybersecurity policy: firewall, XDR (Extended Detection and Response), antivirus, network segmentation, vulnerability and patch management.
- You guarantee the reliability of backups, redundancy as well as the business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- You coordinate vulnerability audits and penetration tests.
- You ensure the protection of client and employee data in accordance with the nLPD and GDPR where applicable.
- You guarantee PCI-DSS compliance of payment systems.
- You raise awareness and train employees on cybersecurity issues: phishing, best practices and password management.
- You detect, manage and document security incidents and, if necessary, coordinate with partners and competent authorities.
Innovation, modernisation and proactivity
- You maintain continuous technological watch to anticipate useful developments for the company.
- You establish and manage a five-year IT roadmap, including migrations, redesigns and new tools.
- You propose and lead modernisation projects such as cloud migration, digitalisation of the client experience, automation and system optimisation.
- You identify and deploy artificial intelligence solutions that bring concrete value to the company, notably in operational efficiency, personalisation of the client experience and decision support, respecting data protection requirements.
- You evaluate and integrate new solutions to bring more value, efficiency and differentiation.
- You support teams and Management in managing change related to technological evolutions.
Supplier, contract and project management
- You select, negotiate and manage IT service providers and contracts, including service levels (SLA), in coordination with the Purchasing department during negotiations.
- You manage IT projects ensuring monitoring of schedules, budgets, risks and quality levels.
- You ensure compliance with contractual commitments and cost control.
Profile sought
Education
- You hold a higher education degree in IT (HES / ES, EPF, university) or an equivalent qualification.
- Ideally, you have certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, Microsoft or in networking.
Experience
- You have proven experience, ideally 5 years or more, in managing IT infrastructures and information systems.
- You have demonstrated managerial experience and have previously led a team.
- Experience in hospitality or in a multisite environment with a 24/7 service is a strong asset.
- You are familiar with the main hotel business systems: PMS, POS, Spa, interfaces, telephony, etc.
Technical skills
- You have solid knowledge of networks, switches, firewalls and systems (Windows, VMware, Linux, Android).
- You master messaging, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory (AD), GPO and Azure AD / Entra ID.
- You understand cybersecurity, backups and business continuity challenges.
- You have knowledge of telephony, Wi-Fi, payment systems and home automation.
- You are interested in artificial intelligence and automation tools applied to hospitality, an additional asset.

- You demonstrate leadership, a strong sense of responsibility and exemplary conduct.
- You are strongly client and service oriented.
- You show discretion and adopt a presentation suitable for a luxury environment.
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- You are proactive and able to support company evolutions.
Languages
- You are fluent in French, both spoken and written, the working language.
- You have a good professional level in English, essential for the position.
- German proficiency is an asset.
