We are currently seeking an HR Generalist with a focus on Payroll 90-100% for the company. The position is to be newly filled from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks with the new employer
- You will process employee entries and exits
- Ensure correct and timely payroll processing and handle all relevant mutation and insurance processes
- Competently support employees and managers with a variety of HR-related questions
- Maintain personnel master data reliably and ensure high data quality in the HR systems
- Contribute your ideas and optimise HR processes in the service centre with a view to efficient and modern workflows
You offer your new employer
- A commercial apprenticeship EFZ complemented by the federal HR specialist certificate is ideal
- You already bring several years of experience in operational HR work, especially in HR administration and payroll
- Good IT user skills and experience with HR systems are required; knowledge of Polypoint PEP and Navision is a plus
- Personally, you convince through independence, a structured way of working, reliability, and enjoyment in careful handling of numbers
