Accounting Assistant M/F (100%-80%)
As part of a temporary replacement for two months or more.
Job Description
- Management and entry of accounting entries related to expense reports and suppliers
- Processing and checking credit cards and supplier invoices
- Bank account reconciliations
- Data update tasks in the IT system
- Support for various administrative tasks
Profile Sought
- Federal VET Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an accounting assistant role
- Preference for precise and well-done work, good learning ability and autonomy
- Rigour and flexibility
