Present in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, the Centre Patronal is a company serving businesses and the private economy, offering services notably in the fields of social insurance, occupational pension provision, legal and economic advice, as well as training.

As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company in the field of human resources management and pension funds.

To strengthen our family allowance management team based in Paudex (VD), we are looking for Family Allowance Managers (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Analyse and process family allowance applications
• Handle correspondence related to family allowance applications
• Issue decisions on granting and repayment of family allowances
• Answer telephone calls from members and beneficiaries

Your profile

• Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in client file management in the insurance sector in Switzerland required
• Experience in a family allowance service is an asset
• Having completed further training in social insurance is an asset
• Native French speaker. Another language is an asset (German, Italian, Portuguese or English)
• Comfortable with common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Demonstrate a methodical mind, great rigour and excellent organisational skills
• Be dynamic and quick in task execution, with a good sense of responsibility
• Be client-oriented, committed and possess a very good team spirit
