IT Operations & Support Specialist (m/f/d)

You manage the 1st and 2nd level support and are the central contact person for IT questions
You take responsibility for a stable and secure IT operation as well as collaboration with IT partners
You take care of installation, migration, and troubleshooting of Tutoris and e-Case at customers
You create documentation and accompany the introduction of new tools
In the future, you will develop further in DevOps, Cloud, and Security
Qualifications:
Training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology/platform development or equivalent
Experience in IT system engineering, support and with customer installations
Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure as well as VMware/Hyper-V
Fluent German spoken and written, good English skills, and a solution-oriented and proactive personality
