Function

Tasks

• Independent handling of the monthly payroll for several companies
• Processing all payroll-relevant changes such as entries and exits, absences, salary and workload changes
• Support of social insurances and withholding tax
• Execution of year-end tasks including salary statements and reconciliations
• Responsibility for personnel administration and maintenance of employee data
• Creation and management of employment contracts as well as support of time recording
• Assistance with HR evaluations, statistics and general HR topics

Requirements

• Commercial training with further education in the HR field, ideally HR specialist certificate
• Several years of experience in Swiss payroll processing
• Good knowledge of labour and social insurance law
• Very good German skills
• Good English and French skills are an advantage
• Affinity for numbers as well as precise and structured working method
• Independent, reliable and team-oriented personality
