As a mobile operations agent, you play a key role: you keep everything in good condition, ensure the environment is well maintained, and are the first point of contact for our clients on site.

What awaits you

Independently carry out inspection tasks

Manage maintenance and upkeep activities

Handle various requests, troubleshooting and minor interventions (cleaning, green spaces...)

Process daily work reports, delivery notes and order tickets

Monitor and accompany work carried out by contracted companies

Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors

Administrative tasks (maintenance planning)

Manage small repair projects

Participation in on-call service

What you bring

Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as operations agent or equivalent qualification mandatory

Good knowledge of HVAC and electricity

Several years of experience in a similar position

Proven experience in administrative and technical management of small sites

Fluency in French (spoken and written)

Knowledge of English (an asset)

Driving licence (mandatory)

Strong service orientation, autonomy and professionalism

Ease in contact, strong customer orientation and friendliness
