Customer Service & Export Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Our client is an established Swiss company with a strong position in the international healthcare market. The company develops and produces specialised products used both in medical settings and daily life. Many years of experience, high quality standards, and continuous development characterise the employer.
Role:
You can expect a versatile role in international customer service with close ties to export and order processing. You will support international customers, coordinate orders and delivery processes, and ensure reliable handling together with sales, logistics, and other departments. At the same time, you can contribute your export knowledge and actively develop existing processes.
Responsibilities:
You manage international customer orders from order placement to on-time delivery
You support international customers as the central contact person and coordinate their concerns in a solution-oriented manner
You coordinate shipping and delivery processes with field service, sales, logistics, and internal departments
You handle complaints and ensure a professional and customer-focused solution
You assist with export-related queries and ensure reliable international order processing
You identify improvement potentials and contribute to process optimisations and system tests
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience in customer service / internal sales and international order processing
A commercial basic education forms your foundation; solid experience in export processing and international delivery processes is required
You communicate very well in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, and keep an overview even with several parallel orders
You convince through strong customer orientation, communication skills, and enjoyment in collaborating with various departments
