OFFICIAL SURVEY MANDATE MANAGER (80 - 100%)

BR PLUS INGÉNIEURS SA is a firm of certified survey engineers active in the fields of geomatics, cadastral surveying, civil engineering and public infrastructure, spatial planning, hydraulics and watercourse management. Our company, based in Yverdon-les-Bains, Vallorbe and Lausanne, has been established in the local fabric of our region for several decades.

To complete its project team at its Yverdon site, our company is looking for a

MISSION

You will have the opportunity to apply your skills to official surveying projects:

• within the framework of initial survey mandates (boundary revision, fixed point network, detail surveys and calculations, TGI assembly, up to delivery phases),
• permanent update mandates (MPN),
• and renewal and periodic update mandates

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will independently and reliably carry out and manage the various phases of mandates entrusted to you, in collaboration with other operators.

You will demonstrate your mastery of initial survey processes and current cadastral directives and an openness to new acquisition and processing methods. Your ability to control the quality of measurements, calculations and deliverables and your self-monitoring qualities will be valuable assets.

The various mandates will be established under the supervision of the lot project manager and the certified survey engineer in charge.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Training as a geomatics engineer (Bachelor or Master) or geomatics technician with federal certificate
• 10 years of experience
• Proven experience in official surveying work in the canton of Vaud, particularly in carrying out the different phases of initial surveys
• Excellent knowledge of the official surveying processes of the canton of Vaud
• Experience as a manager of initial survey mandates, a plus
• Expected qualities: rigour, autonomy, proactivity and initiative, flexibility
