We are looking, on behalf of an internationally active SME based in the eastern Lausanne region, for a
Commercial Assistant FR/GER 80% - 100% (M/F)
Job Description
- Management of a client portfolio (B to B) throughout the entire commercial lifecycle
- Verification and recording of customer orders
- Monitoring production deadlines (planning) and collaborating with procurement to ensure smooth order processing
- Organisation of transport and monitoring delivery times
- Preparation of invoices, transport documents (road transport, truck shipments) in close cooperation with an external service provider
- Monitoring various commercial agreements (forward contracts, capacity reservations, discounts)
- Handling complaints and non-conformities
- Administrative sales support (preparation of offers, price lists, statistics)
Profile Sought
- Holder of a qualification in international trade or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within an industrial SME
- Very good written/spoken German skills (B2-C1) and good English skills
- Willingness to join an SME with strong values and a family spirit
- Organisational skills, good priority management, excellent customer relations
- Driver's licence
