Customer Service & Export Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

Support existing customers by telephone and in writing in German and English
Record, check, and process orders on time
Prepare offers and track their processing status
Coordinate delivery dates with production and purchasing
Create order confirmations and update relevant customer data in the ERP system
Handle export processing including transport organisation and shipping documents
Consider customs regulations and internal requirements in international goods traffic
Administratively process complaints, returns, and import information
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship with professional experience in a Swiss SME
Practical knowledge in order processing or internal sales
Confident handling of ERP systems and digital work processes
Experience with export, customs, or international logistics is an advantage
Technical understanding of products and processes in an industrial environment
Precise working method and reliable deadline tracking
Strong coordination skills in dealing with customers and internal departments
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
