Role:
For our Rocken partner, an industrial company in the canton of Glarus, we are looking for a committed individual with a focus on payroll and personnel administration. In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for payroll processing and support various administrative HR processes. You can expect a varied specialist position with a diverse range of tasks in human resources.
Responsibilities:
You take over the monthly payroll run
Administrative support of employees from entry to exit
You maintain and manage personnel data and relevant HR documents
You participate in HR projects aimed at making HR processes more efficient.
You assist with social insurance and payroll-related matters
You support employees and internal contacts with questions regarding payroll and personnel administration
As a trainer, you also bear responsibility for our junior staff
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education (EFZ)
Ideally, you have further training in Human Resources
Professional experience in personnel administration, payroll processing and social insurance
Good knowledge of Abacus
You work independently, precisely and reliably and act responsibly
Fluent German language skills are required
