Our client is seeking a knowledgeable individual for the Payroll department who independently manages payroll administration and competently supports both internal and external contacts. - Preparation of payroll statements, salary certificates, and year-end declarations
- Handling social insurances (AHV, IV, EO, ALV, BVG, KTG, UVG)
- Processing of withholding tax statements
- Participation in HR projects and optimisation of payroll processes
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting in Switzerland
- Very good knowledge of Swiss social insurance and labour law
- Confident use of common payroll and HR systems
- Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written
- Responsible and varied activity

Responsibilities
- Independent execution of monthly payroll processing- Preparation of payroll statements, salary certificates, and year-end declarations
- Handling social insurances (AHV, IV, EO, ALV, BVG, KTG, UVG)

- Participation in HR projects and optimisation of payroll processes
Profile
- Completed commercial training with further education in payroll, social insurances or HR (e.g. social insurance clerk)- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting in Switzerland
- Very good knowledge of Swiss social insurance and labour law
- Confident use of common payroll and HR systems
- Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written
