Electrician / Automation Technician / Maintenance

As part of the development of one of our clients, we are recruiting

Your mission:

- Ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of our production installations.

- Diagnose and eliminate electrical faults and malfunctions of automated installations.

- Carry out interventions on PLCs, variable speed drives, motors, sensors and electrotechnical equipment.

- Participate in the improvement and reliability of our machines and installations.

- Collaborate with mechanical maintenance teams, production and external companies.

Your profile :

- Training as an electrician, automation technician, electrotechnician or equivalent technical training.

- Authorisation for operating electrician according to art. 13 OIBT.

- Several years of experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in the metallurgical industry, machinery or production installations.

- Solid experience in fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and electrical maintenance.

- Good knowledge of programmable logic controllers: Siemens, Schneider Electric, Beckhoff, etc.

- Ability to intervene on automated installations and methodically investigate the cause of malfunctions.

- Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics is an advantage.

- Ability to work independently, organise interventions and define necessary work.

- Sense of responsibility, rigour and respect for safety rules.

- Flexibility regarding working hours.

- Availability to work in 2-shift, 3-shift or weekend shifts, as well as occasionally on Saturdays and Sundays.

- Participation in the on-call service; residence ideally located within a maximum of 60 minutes from the site.
