Stückelberger Hearing Consultation is a successful independent specialist shop in the heart of Zurich. The discerning clientele are personally cared for by the owner Michael Stückelberger, and this is intended to remain largely so.
On behalf of Mr Stückelberger, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an
Assistant in Hearing Acoustics 60%
to complement his team, supporting him with audiological tasks and assistant duties.
Your tasks:
You provide customers with a courteous, professional reception both on the phone and in the shop. You carry out service work on hearing aids during regular check-up appointments or take on troubleshooting in case of problems. During your working days, you are responsible for the appointment calendar and the independent management of the stock. You order hearing aids and accessories and monitor availability and deadlines. Together with the second assistant, you ensure a smooth handover of pending tasks. Your working days are ideally from Wednesday to Friday. In this interesting position, you have no sales or turnover targets to achieve. Your most important goal is customer satisfaction.
Your profile:
You have completed basic training (MPA, commercial apprenticeship or hospitality) and have already gained several years of professional experience, ideally in a similar sector. You are versatile, have a winning manner in dealing with customers and a distinctly high service orientation. At the same time, you bring good technical understanding.
