What you can contribute

• Check and enter acquisition contracts for non-IT domains (contracts)
• Substitute as needed for the person responsible for checking and entering contracts in the IT domain
• Participate in maintaining creditor and debtor accounting as well as entering and processing payments
• Contribute to the service allocation process (IP)
• Check and account for expense and travel claims

What makes you unique

• Commercial training or equivalent education, possibly with further training in accounting
• Knowledge of financial processes specific to the federal administration
• Experience with SAP FI/SD/MM and tools used to process contracts and business travel
• Ability to work in a team, customer orientation, accuracy, initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
• Very good knowledge of two official languages
