Customer Service 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You will actively support the dynamic 10-person Customer Service team in day-to-day operations. You will take on various tasks in the areas of customer service and administration. You will be in daily contact with customers and contacts via email or telephone and will navigate confidently within our ERP system. An exciting role with a lot of personal responsibility awaits you.

Additionally, the following are also part of your responsibilities:

* Recording orders

* Comprehensive customer support via telephone, email and ticket system (C4C)

* Opening return numbers (RMA) and creating credit notes

* Customer service for new openings, address changes, name changes and data adjustments

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed commercial basic training

• Ideally experience in a comparable position in internal sales

• Confident handling of CRM solutions (especially SAP) as well as common MS Office programmes

• Fluent German skills and good French skills, both spoken and written (40% of calls are in French)

• Intermediate English skills

• Confident and customer-oriented telephone manner

• Team spirit and enjoyment of collaboration

• Strong communication skills and the ability to assert your concerns

• Independent and organised approach to your tasks

• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and willingness to proactively approach customers
