About the job
Your tasks:
- Independent preparation and execution of the monthly payroll processing
- Recording and checking all payroll-relevant data and changes
- Processing of entries and exits as well as maintenance of personnel and payroll data
- Handling of withholding taxes, family allowances and other statutory deductions
- Registration of employees with the responsible social insurance institutions
- Processing of accident reports and correspondence with SUVA
- Administrative handling of sickness cases and cooperation with daily sickness benefit insurers
- Checking and reconciliation of payrolls as well as ensuring timely payment
- Preparation of salary certificates, evaluations and relevant payroll documents
- Competent contact person for employees, personnel offices, insurers and authorities
- Support with year-end tasks as well as social insurance and withholding tax settlements
- Participation in the optimisation and further development of payroll processes
- Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in payroll or human resources
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
- Sound knowledge of Swiss social insurances, withholding taxes and payroll-relevant regulations
- Experience in the temporary employment sector or with a personnel service provider is a great advantage
- Very good knowledge of the EasyTemp software is a big plus
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Strong numerical understanding and an exact, structured way of working
- High discretion, sense of responsibility and service orientation
