Environmental Education Interns

Pro Natura is the leading nature conservation organisation in Switzerland. With its 170,000 members, it is committed to the promotion and preservation of native fauna and flora. Around one hundred people work at the Pro Natura General Secretariat, and another 100 are active in the 23 cantonal sections.

For the 2027 season at our Pro Natura Centre in Champ-Pittet (VD), located at the gateway to the Grande Cariçaie, we are looking for

Your tasks

• Leading nature activities for groups of children or adults
• Reception duties and assistance with promotional work
• Mediation and maintenance of exhibitions
• Assistance with organising various events and the operation of the centre
• Support for various environmental education projects

Your profile

• You hold a bachelor’s/master’s degree in biology, natural sciences, sustainability, or have equivalent training.
• You are interested in environmental education and enjoy sharing your passion for nature.
• You are flexible and motivated to work within a versatile team and are ready to adapt to different work rhythms.
• You are proficient in French or German and comfortable with the other language.

• Basic training on natural habitats, fauna and flora of the southern shore of Lake Neuchâtel, pedagogy and environmental education
