Your mission
On behalf of a psychiatric facility in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for a motivated Nurse to join a team committed to supporting and caring for patients suffering from mental disorders.
This long-term assignment offers the opportunity to join a stimulating, humane and multidisciplinary care environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure comprehensive care of patients in accordance with their care plan.
- Perform nursing care and guarantee its quality.
- Participate in the assessment of patients' physical and mental health status.
- Support patients in their daily lives and promote their autonomy.
- Contribute to the prevention and management of crisis situations.
- Actively collaborate with the medical team and various stakeholders.
- Ensure traceability and transmission of information in the patient file.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuity of care.
Profile
- HES Nursing diploma or equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
- Experience in psychiatry is a real asset.
- Candidates from somatic care with a strong interest in psychiatry are also welcome.
- Good interpersonal skills, listening ability and empathy.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Good stress management and adaptability.
- Residence in the canton of Vaud or nearby.
