Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied property portfolio with professionalism and autonomy.
• Ensure the rental of properties (lease contracts, inventories, follow-up).
• Supervise and coordinate technical work and maintenance of buildings.
• Develop and maintain a trusting relationship with owners, tenants and caretakers.
• Monitor legal and contentious aspects (reminders, formal notices, complex files).
• Supervise the work of the management assistant dedicated to your portfolio.

Profile

• Commercial training (CFC or equivalent) complemented by solid experience in property management (minimum 3 years)
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written), with very good writing skills.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy law
• Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office, Garaio REM).
• Autonomous, rigorous, organised and proactive personality.
• Driving licence required.
• Additional assets: Federal diploma in property management and/or proficiency in German or English.
