As part of our development, we are looking for:
Housekeeper in Nursing Home M/F at 100% for Corgémont and surrounding areas
Housekeeper in Nursing Home M/F – Permanent Contract
Your missions:
- Be the primary contact for the client on all matters related to cleanliness and hotel services on site
- Supervise and lead the team of chambermaids, health cleaners and other staff (linen staff…)
- Welcome and train new employees at the workstation with support if necessary from the group/health sector manager
- Set priorities and ensure deadlines are met
- Create the monthly team schedule and continuously adapt it to activity (TO/DMS)
- Control the compliance and quality of services delivered:
o Conduct team follow-ups at the workstation (respect for schedules and work programmes, adherence to operational protocols and hygiene rules).
o Carry out field inspections, visual and microbiological quality controls of premises.
o Check the cleanliness and tidiness of premises provided by the client
o Ensure stock availability (consumables, staff linen…)
o Ensure compliance with DOSIM procedures (operational protocols, choice and use of cleaning products…)
o Propose necessary corrective action plans
- Manage orders for equipment and consumables
- Dispatch corrective interventions to teams
- Monitor the progress of client requests and ensure intervention deadlines are met
- Ensure our activity management IT documents are kept up to date
- Manage team leave and replacement solutions
Your profile:
- Your ease in human contact allows you to quickly gain users’ trust
- Thanks to your service skills and client orientation, you can guarantee a high-level service for a demanding clientele
- You demonstrate rigour, pragmatism and curiosity, and have a sense of priorities.
- Diploma from a hotel school or equivalent
- Experience in a similar position within a health or hotel establishment
- Proven personnel management skills
- You manage the Office Pack, operating system
