For one of our clients based in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for a Project Manager in building services engineering focused on heating and ventilation.

Project Manager in Building Services Engineering HVAC (M/F/D)

Job Description

• Preparation of project offers, plans, and diagrams
• Management of all projects (SIA standards 31 to 53)
• Proposing improvements and options to the client
• Cost and deadline management
• Site meetings with various trade professionals
• Coordination with the design office

We expect

• Federal VET Diploma as planner/designer or heating/ventilation installer
• Significant experience in a project manager role in Switzerland
• Proficiency with computer tools (Autocad/Plancal, Relux, MS Office)
• Driving licence (mandatory)
• Knowledge of electricity and sanitation (an asset)
• Field skills and solution-oriented
