Head of HR Services & Payrolling (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In this important position, you take on the responsibility for the HR Services and Payrolling area and lead a team of several employees both professionally and personally. Additionally, you yourself also operationally manage personnel administration including payroll processing and social insurances for your area with over 100 employees. Furthermore, you prepare key figures, create statistics, and lead various HR projects.

What do I need to be successful?

For this exciting leadership position, you ideally bring a commercial basic education with further training in HR as well as several years of experience in operational HR work, possibly already some leadership experience. Besides confident German language skills, you also need good French and/or Italian skills. We are looking for an open, upbeat personality with leadership qualities and an independent and forward-looking working style.
