Project Manager Industrialisation & Quality (m/f/d)

Planning and implementation of process and quality improvements within electronics manufacturing

Support of new products from enquiry through industrialisation to successful series production

Analysis, optimisation and further development of existing manufacturing processes and products

Procurement of components for prototypes and small series

Handling and coordination of operational quality and complaint issues

Conducting fault analyses as well as initiating and tracking improvement measures

Close cooperation with customers, production, purchasing, planning and other internal departments

Participation in projects to increase efficiency and continuous improvement

Experience in electronics manufacturing (SMT, THT, soldering, testing technology) is an advantage

Further training in process management, quality assurance or operational technology is a plus

Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial operations

Analytical and structured working style as well as strong problem-solving skills

Enjoy working with various internal and external contacts

Independent, proactive and responsible personality

Good knowledge of common MS Office applications and ERP systems is an advantage

Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, French skills are welcome

Completed technical training in electronics, electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics or a comparable field
