Event Host / Coordinator

About the job

The Event Host / Coordinator participates in the design, preparation, and execution of events organised by Jour de Rêve. They ensure the hosting and puppet shows (training to be done together). They create event decorations as well as visual communication, including the creation of advertising materials and invitation cards.

They also take part in photo studio services, notably integrating into sets and film editing. They collaborate with Management on the realisation of event projects.

In parallel, they manage the logistics of equipment in the storage: tidying, checking for good condition, necessary repairs, as well as managing the decoration stock. They are responsible for the stock of balloons used for decorations.
