Project Manager - RMO/Development - Geneva/Vaud (M/F)

As a Project Manager, your role will involve managing real estate projects in French-speaking Switzerland, both new builds and transformations/renovations. The tasks will be strongly focused on the SIA 31 to 53 phases.

Real estate developer, my client develops quality real estate investment solutions for its partners and controls their execution.

Tasks

As a Project Manager, your role will involve managing real estate projects in French-speaking Switzerland, both new builds and transformations/renovations. Specifically, your tasks will be as follows:

• Support in calculating ET offers or determining price increases or decreases within the framework of contract execution, in accordance with construction contracts
• Optimisation of construction projects: definition and development of variants
• Guarantee and implementation of planning as well as an adapted project organisation
• Preparation of schedules, construction specifications and room descriptions
• Cost control and monitoring
• Final negotiations of contractor bids with award proposals
• Monitoring of clients
• Control of execution planning
• Respect for deadlines and quality of execution

Candidate profile

• University degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering - EPFL, HES type, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of initial experience in construction project management
• Experience with ET on the Swiss market
• Good knowledge of structural work, roofing and architectural trades
• Mastery of costs, deadlines and superior quality
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action

• Ability to assert oneself and negotiation skills
• Fluent oral and written communication
• Ability to handle a high workload
• Good knowledge of computer and project management software
