YOUR TASKS
- You actively contribute to a performance-enhancing and appreciative culture within the leadership area of Hotel Service / Guest Relations
- You plan and conduct team meetings and employee discussions
- You conduct employee training in the area of hospitality and customer orientation and guide the employees
- You ensure the personal well-being of our private patients in the non-medical area and thus ensure patient satisfaction
- You are responsible for the smooth running of meal orders and service on the defined ward departments
- You receive suggestions as well as complaints and handle them competently and professionally
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed higher education in the field of hospitality/catering
- A specialised further education is an advantage
- You have already gained several years of leadership experience
- Flawless German skills and good English skills are required, any additional language is an advantage
- You are proficient in handling modern IT infrastructure
- A pronounced customer orientation, high flexibility and diplomatic skills complete your profile
