HR Generalist (m/f/d)

Role:
Do you want to apply your HR experience in a versatile industrial environment and support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle? For an internationally active Swiss company, we are looking for a service-oriented personality who enjoys administrative HR tasks and simultaneously helps shape the further development of internal processes. You can expect a varied part-time role in a collegial team with personal responsibility and scope for creativity.
Responsibilities:
You manage the entire HR administration from onboarding to offboarding
You support the HR Business Partners in day-to-day operational business
You maintain personnel master data and changes in the SAP system
You are responsible for accident and sickness reporting as well as administrative tasks related to social insurance
You take on general administrative tasks within the HR area
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and further training in HR
You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable HR generalist role
You have very good MS Office skills and solid SAP knowledge
You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form
