Customer Service & Export Clerk (m/f/d)
Our client is a specialised Swiss technology company with high expertise in the development and manufacture of technically demanding products for industrial applications. Role:
You can expect a versatile role in the commercial internal service with interfaces to order processing, export, logistics and purchasing. You coordinate customer orders from receipt to delivery, organise transports and provide the necessary export documents. In doing so, you work closely with customers, suppliers and internal departments and ensure a reliable process in day-to-day business.
Responsibilities:
Independent processing of customer orders in the ERP system
Creation of delivery notes, invoices as well as export and customs documents
Planning and coordination of deliveries and transport orders
Organisation of collections and coordination with logistics partners
Handling complaints and customer-oriented problem solving
Initiation and monitoring of orders with suppliers
Control and posting of goods receipts
Monitoring of delivery dates and ongoing orders
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training, for example in a commercial, industrial or forwarding environment
Professional experience in order processing, in internal sales including export processing
Knowledge of export and shipping processing as well as in creating corresponding documents is an advantage
Good German and English skills, French is an advantage
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Good organisational and communication skills as well as strong service orientation
