Technical Project Administrator 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are the central interface between planning and execution, ensuring that projects run smoothly. You will take on the following tasks:

• Technical processing and coordination of projects from planning to implementation

• Creation and review of technical documents, plans and documentation

• Communication with internal departments, external partners and suppliers

• Monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality of projects

• Support in tendering and awarding contracts

• Coordination of construction sites and technical inspections

• Maintenance of project documentation and follow-up of open issues

What do I need to be successful?

• Qualification in an electrical profession with a Federal VET Diploma (e.g. Electrical Installer Federal VET Diploma or similar)

• Several years of professional experience in the electrical industry, ideally complemented by experience in the commercial sector

• Confident handling of CAD software and MS Office, Volta is an advantage

• Organisational talent and structured working method

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Independent and solution-oriented thinking

• Very good German skills, both spoken and written
