About the job
Your missions:
- Manage and develop the training of successors (apprentices and interns) in line with the company’s needs
- Coordinate training pathways with schools, external partners, managers and HR.
- Organise recruitment, integration and monitoring of learners and apprentices
- Support line managers and trainers in their supervisory roles.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory framework and educational requirements.
- Implement innovative actions promoting the attractiveness and quality of training pathways.
Your profile:
- Higher education in human resources, adult education or equivalent field.
- Proven experience in training, talent development or human resources.
- Excellent knowledge of the Swiss vocational training system.
- Leadership, organisational skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset, solution-oriented and ability to work cross-functionally
- Immediate start, long-term temporary assignment
- Experience in managing apprenticeship and internship programmes.
- Interest in innovation and skills development.
- Residence in Switzerland
