Technical Real Estate Manager (m/f/x)

Fribourg, 60%.

What you contribute:

• You are responsible for managing, controlling and monitoring technical and operational contracts, as well as steering the FM service provider and its partner companies
• You oversee safety-related areas, organise and carry out warranty inspections, handle claims and requirements from authorities
• You advise and support managers in preparing budgets related to constructive, technical and operational maintenance. You are also responsible for preparing control and status reports, defining measures to be implemented and budgeting them
• You prepare and execute technical and construction projects according to best practice, ensuring compliance with costs, quality, deadlines as well as internal guidelines and processes
• You contribute to the continuous development of processes and documentation, ensure customer satisfaction during projects and oversee the proper functioning of technical installations, buildings and infrastructure.

What you bring:

• You have a basic technical education, for example as an HVACSE planner (heating, ventilation, sanitation, electricity) or building draughtsman, with experience in project management. Additional commercial training is an advantage
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, including managing small and medium construction projects as well as knowledge in facility management and the building sector
• You demonstrate strong proficiency with digital tools and have excellent command of the IT applications and software used daily
• You are a committed person, enjoy teamwork and are recognised for your negotiation skills and ability to assert yourself
• Flexible and stress-resistant, you work independently and responsibly, with a strong sense of service and organisation
• You have excellent spoken and written German.
