Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF89,700 - 104,000Our client is an established Swiss industrial company with an international focus. The emphasis is on modern technologies, high quality standards, and the continuous development of products and processes.
Role:
You work closely with sales, logistics, planning, and quality management, coordinate suitable solutions in case of deviations, and contribute significantly to high customer satisfaction through professional support. Additionally, you participate in projects, trade fairs, and other sales-related activities.
Responsibilities:
You support and advise international customers via various communication channels
You process enquiries, prepare offers, and handle customer orders
You coordinate complaints and escalations in a solution-oriented manner
You work closely with sales, logistics, planning, and quality management
You assist with customer visits, trade fairs, and other sales activities
You contribute to cross-departmental projects
You ensure professional and service-oriented customer care
Qualifications:
You have a commercial apprenticeship and several years of experience in internal sales and international order processing
You possess strong customer and service orientation as well as technical understanding
You communicate confidently in German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage
You are proficient in ERP and CRM systems as well as common MS Office applications
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
You convince through strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and enjoyment in collaborating with different departments
