• Overall responsibility and coordination of road construction projects across all phases - from study to execution
• Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams (engineers, draftspeople, specialist planners, external partners)
• Technical, scheduling and financial responsibility for your own project portfolio
• Ensuring technical quality as well as planning compliant with standards and guidelines
• Management of complex planning processes for projects in existing structures with diverse interfaces such as utilities, traffic and environment
• Active participation in the further development and standardisation of digital planning processes and methods
• Support, coaching and professional development of project staff

What you bring

• Completed degree in civil engineering ETH/FH or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience as a project manager in road construction
• Experience in leading project teams and managing complex planning tasks
• Confidence in handling cost, schedule and quality management
• Knowledge of digital planning methods, experience with ProVi is an advantage
• Structured, independent and responsible working style
• Clear communication and confident appearance towards clients and partners
