What is my role?

• You take on professional job acceptance and efficiently coordinate customer appointments

• You create detailed workshop orders, schedule them optimally and monitor their timely execution

• You personally assist customers with all concerns and provide competent advice on technical and organisational questions

• You calculate and prepare customer-specific offers for repair and service work

• You ensure smooth vehicle handover and clearly explain the work carried out

• You are responsible for correct invoicing and conduct careful post-calculations of completed orders

What do I need to be successful?

• A basic technical education, supplemented by commercial training

• Professional experience in the vehicle industry, ideally in the commercial vehicle or motorhome sector

• A dynamic and conscientious personality with an independent and precise working style

• Genuine enthusiasm for buses, motorhomes and caravans

• Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact

• Good communication skills and a confident manner

• Organisational talent and the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
