Administratively process international orders and ensure timely handling
Independently handle customer inquiries and complaints
Coordinate delivery dates with internal and external departments
Coordinate shipping orders and forward necessary information
Close cooperation with sales, field service, and logistics
Support customers throughout the entire order process
Further develop ERP processes and participate in system tests
Analyse workflows and implement improvements in daily business
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship with professional experience in customer service or order processing
Practical knowledge in international customer support is an advantage
Initial experience with export processing is desirable
Confident handling of MS Office and common ERP systems
Additional foreign languages are a further advantage
Structured, independent, and reliable working style
Strong customer orientation and good teamwork
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
