HR Generalist & Payroll 80-100%

Our client, an internationally successful fashion company, is looking for an HR Generalist 80-100%.

Your tasks

• HR administration from onboarding to offboarding, contracts and references
• Payroll processing for approx. 400-500 employees across Switzerland
• Handling insurance cases
• Supporting various HR projects

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with further education in HR (HR assistant or HR clerk)
• At least 2 years of professional experience in HR administration
• Experience in payroll is a great advantage
• German at native level and good knowledge of French
• Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
