Your tasks
- Administrative processing of assigned personnel matters (accident reports, contract changes, mutations, etc.)
- Contact person for administrative questions in the assigned matters
- Maintenance of personnel files
- Quality assurance of the HR database
- Drafting of work references
- Preparation of evaluations
- Writing delegated correspondence
- Support of the HR team in their activities
Your profile
- Completed commercial training (EFZ) and further training as an HR assistant
- Professional experience in HR administration
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Strong passion for HR administration
- High level of care, independent and structured working style
- Quick comprehension and ability to combine information
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Willingness to work on-site on Monday and Wednesday (optionally Monday and Friday)

Your working environment
The Zug Police provides security, traffic, criminal and administrative police services for the benefit of the canton and its population. To fulfil these demanding and complex tasks, the employees of the Zug Police represent the absolute key resource. In coordination and cooperation with the cantonal personnel office as well as with the management of the Zug Police, the "Personnel" department ensures all tasks related to personnel work and is the contact point for personnel matters.
