Are you passionate about sport, coaching and human support? Do you master Pilates Reformer and wish to develop in a modern, innovative and caring sports environment? Then we want to meet you!

The position As part of the development of La Parenthèse Sport, we are looking for: A Sports Coach at 50% - Mastery of Pilates Reformer is essential and will be a major part of your role.

Your tasks

• Lead and supervise Pilates Reformer classes in small groups
• Deliver various group classes according to your skills and training
• Welcome and support our clients with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Explain, guide, correct and motivate each person in their practice
• Adapt your support to the levels and goals of each individual
• Actively participate in the life and development of the sports space
• Create a positive, personalised and human client experience.

Your profile

• You are trained and comfortable teaching Pilates Reformer
• You have training and/or qualifications in sport, coaching or Pilates
• You are cheerful, dynamic, motivated and caring
• You have excellent interpersonal skills
• You enjoy sharing your energy and helping others progress
• You have good commercial acumen and a sense of customer service
• You are flexible, autonomous and appreciate teamwork
