Social Insurance Clerk BVG Specialist (60%)

For our client, a leading Swiss transport and logistics company headquartered in the Wil (SG) area, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a structured and numbers-oriented personality for the operational management of the company’s own pension fund.

Location: Wil (SG) area
Workload: 60% (working days by arrangement) Employment type: Temporary with option for permanent employment

Your tasks

• Operational pension fund administration: Independent handling of all pension cases (entries and exits, vested benefits, retirements).

• Payment transactions & pensions: Ensuring flawless monthly pension payments as well as checking and posting of documents.

• Coordination & interfaces: Close coordination of pension fund accounting with internal HR, financial accounting, as well as technical administration and reinsurance.

• Year-end closing & statistics: Active participation in the pension fund’s year-end closing tasks and preparation of evaluations for the board of trustees.

• Insured persons support: Competent and empathetic provision of information to beneficiaries and insured persons regarding benefit entitlements.

• Claims: Registration and support of disability cases with the reinsurer as well as coordination of IV pension decisions.

• Special tasks: Administrative management of fund-owned and company-owned properties/holiday apartments.

Your profile

• Education: Commercial basic training (EFZ) or comparable qualification.

• Expertise: Solid professional experience in occupational benefits (BVG) or in a fiduciary/accounting role with a strong social insurance BVG focus.

• Further training: Further education in social insurances or BVG (e.g. professional certificate or social insurance clerk) is a clear advantage.

• Languages: Confident German in spoken and written form; knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage.

• Personality: Precise, discreet and independent working style with a high service orientation and enjoyment of stable processes on site.
