YOUR TASKS

• Providing information and processing inpatient billing enquiries and queries from patients
• Processing all billing rejections in the inpatient service area
• Obtaining information from service providers
• Cancellation and re-invoicing
• Monitoring outstanding items
• Ensuring timely information to patients, insurers, clinics and doctors

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial training and/or basic medical training
• Professional experience in healthcare or insurance
• Sound knowledge of inpatient tariffs (SwissDRG, KVG, UVG and VVG)
• Good MS Office skills
• Networked thinking, social skills and a sense of responsibility complete your profile
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, Italian and/or English skills are an advantage
