In the course of further growth, we are looking for an experienced individual who not only accompanies projects but actively shapes and drives them forward.
In this role, depending on the project portfolio, you will be responsible either for large-scale individual projects or several parallel projects in the mid-segment with a volume of around CHF 50 million per project. Your focus is clearly on project development, and you actively manage the projects throughout all project phases.

Senior Real Estate Project Developer with Overall Project Responsibility 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
Your ResponsibilitiesIn this role, depending on the project portfolio, you will be responsible either for large-scale individual projects or several parallel projects in the mid-segment with a volume of around CHF 50 million per project. Your focus is clearly on project development, and you actively manage the projects throughout all project phases.
- Identification, examination and elaboration of project potentials – from the initial idea through acquisition and project conception to realisation
- Active role in early project phases (feasibility and due diligence) as well as preparation of sound decision-making bases for investment decisions
- Overall responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality across all project phases
- Development and realisation of complex real estate projects as well as site and district developments
- Leadership and coordination of all project participants (planners, authorities, contractors) as well as target-group-appropriate coordination with investors and relevant committees
- Management of tenders, awards and contract foundations
- Active risk management and reporting as well as early identification, assessment and resolution of challenges
- Close collaboration with acquisition, asset management, marketing and other internal interfaces
- Ensuring successful transition to marketing, operation and utilisation
- Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, real estate economics or a comparable technical education, ideally complemented by further training in real estate management or business administration
- Solid experience in real estate project development
- Several years of experience in the development and realisation of demanding real estate projects across multiple project phases – ideally in a project development company, client representation or as overall project manager
- Experience with larger projects or in the parallel management of several projects
- Proven knowledge in project management
- Good knowledge of planning and building law as well as familiarity with relevant SIA standards
- Confident German language skills, good English skills are an advantage
- Hands-on mentality, strong implementation skills and team spirit
