Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
For an established Swiss industrial company, we are looking for a reliable individual who ensures correct payroll processing and supports employees and managers with administrative HR matters. You can expect a varied part-time role with responsibility, various interfaces, and the opportunity to actively further develop HR processes.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the monthly payroll processing including the associated administrative tasks
You manage the personnel administration from entry to exit
You are the contact person for employees and managers regarding payroll and HR administration questions
You coordinate administrative matters with social insurance and external agencies
You support the training and supervision of apprentices in the HR area
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education, ideally supplemented by further training in personnel management, payroll or social insurance
You bring professional experience in Swiss payroll processing and personnel administration
Experience with Abacus as well as good Excel skills are advantageous
You communicate confidently in German and appreciate working with different stakeholders
