Role:
Digital identities are the key to a secure IT landscape. Do you want to design modern identity solutions, manage access intelligently and sustainably improve cloud security? In this role, you combine strategic consulting with technical implementation around Microsoft Entra ID and develop scalable IAM concepts for complex IT environments.
Responsibilities:
Consulting and designing modern identity and access management solutions based on Microsoft Entra ID
Designing secure identity architectures for cloud, hybrid and on-premises environments
Implementing single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA) and conditional access
Developing and optimising role and permission concepts according to the least-privilege principle
Integrating SaaS applications and enterprise systems via SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
Implementing identity lifecycle management as well as automated user and rights management
Analysing existing IAM structures and developing roadmaps for modernising the identity landscape
Supporting zero-trust concepts, privileged access management and securing administrative accounts
Technical fault analysis, troubleshooting and optimisation of existing Entra ID configurations
Creating technical concepts, architectural documents and practical recommendations
Qualifications:
Education or degree in computer science, cyber security, systems engineering or a comparable practical qualification
Solid experience with Microsoft Entra ID and modern IAM concepts
Good knowledge of SSO, MFA, conditional access and federated identities
Practical knowledge of Active Directory, hybrid identity models and Microsoft 365
Understanding of authentication and authorisation protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
Experience with role models, permission management and identity lifecycle management
Knowledge of PowerShell and ideally Microsoft Graph for automating IAM processes
Understanding of zero trust, security by design and current cloud security requirements
Analytical working style, consulting skills and the ability to explain complex technical matters clearly
